MPREC do this through designing and delivering a range of services, with partners including State and Federal Government, other community organisations, local employers and education and training providers.
Points of Note
CR Commercial Property Group was engaged to project manage the construction of three greenfield sites for MPREC. These sites consisted of a new office building, a warehouse and a drive-thru café for the corporation.
Having had experience with the construction of greenfield sites, CR Commercial Property Group worked closely with the developer, builder, architect, council and other authoritative figures to project manage the development from inception to completion. We were involved in all aspects of the project which included approvals processes, design and documentation reviews, site visits, construction management, fitout management, depreciation schedules, quantity surveying, telecommunications and relocation into the premises.
