Petrofin International Pty Ltd (“Petrofin”), a fuel, lubricant and chemical manufacturing services firm wanted to enhance its workplace facilities in Sydney due to anticipated growth. The company also wanted to provide its staff with a desirable and collaborative work environment, by combining its somewhat disconnected operation across two separate floors onto one open-plan lay-out

Points of Note

CR Commercial Property Group was engaged to handle the lease negotiations on behalf of Petrofin, with the main brief being to accommodate all staff on one level for a commercially competitive rental.The benefits of being close to Barangaroo were also a key factor in the decision-making process for the client.

CRCPG was also sought for its renowned skills with the subsequent aspects of the project which included approvals processes for Petrofin’s in-house testing lab, project management of the design, fitout and construction, along with the relocation into the new premises.

Petrofin were so impressed with CRCPG’s level of service within the first couple of months of the project that it also engaged CRCPG’s end-to-end services for its’ sister company, Rejuvacare, in Melbourne.
