Challenge
Boral required consolidation of its Sydney corporate footprint while implementing a new flexible working model aligned to organisational change and postpandemic work patterns.
Strategy
CR delivered workplace strategy, space planning and superintendent services, supporting consolidation from approximately 6,500 sqm to 4,000 sqm. CR managed consultant engagement, construction delivery and change management under challenging market conditions during the Omicron wave.
Outcome
The project was delivered on time and under budget, enabling a seamless relocation in March 2022. The new workplace successfully embeds Boral’s New Ways of Working framework and represents a significant uplift in workplace quality and efficiency.
