POINTS OF NOTE
Following the successful completion of Globus’s Sydney premises, CRCPG were re-engaged by Globus New Zealand as their independent property advisor, assisting the company in locating a new premises, negotiating their lease, as well as, project managing their new Fitout and construction whilst remaining under budget and delivering on time.
Located at 55 Shortland Street Auckland, Globus aimed to revive their New Zealand workplace, utilising the larger floor space with greater efficiency and modernising their office to align with the company’s vision for the future.
To ensure the most desirable project was delivered, CRCPG actively selected and managed the design team, general contractors and other key stakeholders involved. We also closely monitored the development and constant updating of the project budget and construction schedule to the key stakeholders.
Globus staff moved into their premises in early December 2019 as scheduled. CRCPG were able to deliver the project on budget and to the absolute satisfaction of the Globus senior management. They now have premises fit for an employer of choice.
