OBE Organic (“OBE”) is a producer of premium organic Australian beef products, which are supplied to consumers within Australia and around the world.
The livestock are raised in Australia’s Channel Country which is an extraordinary national treasure that spans across the outback of three States and a Territory.
Aside from the production of its product, OBE’s further unique selling point is the “country family-orientated” nature of the business, as it was founded in the early 1990s by a far-sighted group of Australian pastoral families which are continuing century-old family traditions. The business has expanded exponentially since then.
The unique and popular nature of the business saw increased demand from international consumers, particularly in the Middle East and Hong Kong. This resulted in OBE requiring to expand its head office operation into bigger and more suitable office premises in Brisbane.
Points of Note

Our in-depth knowledge of the Brisbane property market was a particular asset to OBE, as we successfully shortlisted and secured a newly built, boutique-style office premises which not only suited OBE’s “family-oriented” business perfectly, but also provided attractive lease incentives.
The design itself of the office premises echoed OBE’s unique factors of Outback Australia, family orientation and the overall cattle/livestock industry. We even installed faux grass walls and a door bell that “moo-ed” in the office!
