As part of Boral’s wider property strategy and workplace strategy model, office spaces in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne are to be standardised following the same basic model to ensure the New Ways of Working (a 60% in the office, 40% WFH ratio) can be completed effectively by staff.

Points of Note

Following the successful completion of Boral’s Sydney premises, CRCPG were re-engaged by Boral to completed their Brisbane office space. CR, acting as the project superintendent. managed the new Fitout and construction whilst remaining under budget and delivering ahead of schedule.

Located at 159 Coronation Drive, Boral aimed to revive their Brisbane workplace, utilising the smaller floor space with greater efficiency and modernising their office to align with the company’s vision for the future.

To ensure the most desirable project was delivered, CR actively selected and managed the design team, general contractors and other key stakeholders involved. We also closely monitored the development and constant updating of the project budget and construction schedule to the key stakeholders.

The Result

Boral staff moved into their premises in June 2022 ahead of schedule to allow for makegood works at their old site. CR were able to deliver the project on budget and to the absolute satisfaction of the Boral senior management. They now have premises fit for an employer of choice.
