As part of a national workplace strategy, Boral sought to standardise its Brisbane office to align with the Sydney model while improving efficiency and modernising the environment.
Strategy
Reengaged as Project Superintendent, CR managed fitout delivery, consultant coordination and budget control. The workplace was designed to maximise efficiency within a reduced footprint while maintaining brand and operational consistency.
Outcome
Delivered ahead of schedule and within budget, enabling early relocation and efficient make good at the previous site. The Brisbane office now supports Boral’s employer of choice objectives.
