Challenge
Guide Dogs NSW/ACT required a longterm property strategy that aligned with organisational objectives, improved service delivery and set a new benchmark for accessibility. This included divestment of an existing asset and procurement of a purposebuilt, highly accessible facility.
Strategy
Acting as independent property advisor and Project Superintendent, CR led site sale, acquisition, due diligence, negotiation and full fitout delivery. CR coordinated designers, builders, medical professionals and stakeholders to ensure the workplace exceeded bestpractice accessibility standards while integrating staff, clinicians and clients.
Outcome
Delivered ahead of schedule and under budget, the Centre of Excellence now serves as a national benchmark for inclusive design. The project supports Guide Dogs’ longterm strategy and reinforces its leadership in accessibility and service delivery.
