Nicole Duncan is the founder and driving force behind CR Commercial Property Group. With over three decades in commercial property, Nicole has deep knowledge of the market and extensive relationships across the industry.

Her network spans CEOs, CFOs, major landlords, leasing directors, commercial designers, builders, and an extensive list of industry specialists. It is a network built over a career spent at the highest levels of the industry, and one that CRCPG clients benefit from directly.

After a prominent corporate career managing and developing some of Australia’s most significant commercial addresses, Nicole founded CRCPG to bring that depth of knowledge exclusively to the tenant side. The firm she built is now one of Australia’s most respected independent commercial property advisory practices, with a track record of over 400 completed transactions and a client retention rate that speaks for itself.
