Sonic Healthcare, one of Australia’s largest healthcare organisations, required the refurbishment of key executive and meeting spaces at its Grosvenor Place, Sydney offices.
With a critical Christmas shutdown window as the only opportunity for delivery, the project demanded precise planning, disciplined procurement, and flawless coordination, all while navigating post-pandemic supply chain constraints.

The refurbishment window was fixed and non-negotiable, the Christmas shutdown provided the only opportunity to complete the works without disrupting Sonic Healthcare’s operations.
Post-pandemic supply chain pressures added further complexity, requiring early procurement decisions and active management of lead times across multiple specialist trades including AV, IT, acoustic, and lighting.

CRCPG managed the full planning, procurement, and delivery process, coordinating all specialist trades and suppliers to ensure the compressed programme was achievable from day one.
Early procurement decisions were made deliberately to get ahead of supply chain lead times. A detailed programme was established and tracked against daily milestones throughout the shutdown window.

The refurbishment was completed on time and within budget, delivering enhanced executive and meeting room functionality ahead of the organisation’s return to the office in the new year.
