The objective was to create a modern, high-performing office environment that supports collaboration, reflects the firm’s brand, and enables future growth, all while maintaining strict control over cost, programme, and risk.

Managing the full project lifecycle, from site selection through to make good on the outgoing premises, demanded a single, accountable advisor with the expertise to coordinate every element without gaps between strategy and delivery.

Working closely with designers and stakeholders, the workplace was carefully planned to balance functionality and experience. Construction was delivered in partnership with FDC Construction, led by Project Leader Ben Tucker. with CRCPG providing full oversight across budget governance, variation management, and contractor coordination throughout.

The transformation extended beyond construction, with a seamless relocation strategy that ensured business continuity throughout the move. From logistics and IT infrastructure to stakeholder communication and change management, every detail was carefully managed.
