CR Commercial Property Group was engaged to manage the full transformation of the CRSL club environment, coordinating design, delivery, and fitout across hospitality, front-of-house, and workplace spaces to create a cohesive, premium experience for members and staff.
The brief called for a complete repositioning of the club’s identity through its physical environment, from the drama of the reception through to the warmth of the dining spaces and the energy of the open kitchen. CRCPG managed every element of the project with a single point of accountability throughout.

A club environment presents a unique set of delivery challenges, spaces must serve multiple functions simultaneously, must operate throughout the project programme, and must deliver a quality of finish that reflects the organisation’s standing with its members.
The CRSL project required the coordination of multiple specialist trades, joinery, lighting, acoustic treatment, kitchen equipment, and custom ceiling installations, all within a programme that demanded precision sequencing and uncompromising quality control.

CRCPG provided full project management across every workstream, establishing a clear programme, managing all consultant and contractor appointments, and maintaining tight cost control throughout delivery.
Bespoke elements, including the custom ceiling installation, open kitchen, and front-of-house reception desk, were managed through close collaboration with specialist fabricators and suppliers, with CRCPG maintaining accountability for quality and programme at every stage.
Staging was carefully managed to allow club operations to continue with minimal disruption, a non-negotiable requirement that shaped the entire delivery methodology from the outset.
