CRCPG was selected to act on behalf of First Financial for the client advisory and project management services for the delivery of First Financials’ new Melbourne office premises.
Our unique skillset meant we were successfully able to find and secure new office premises, with an outdoor balcony in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, to suit First Financials’ preference of a lifestyle fitout.
CRCPG also worked with the Landlord, a builder and an architect, always keeping our client’s interest first and foremost, to deliver the partly integrated fitout within the required timeframes. CRCPG also managed the relocation, ensuring zero disruption to First Financials’ business.
